This page explains how CalcDesk billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It is part of our Terms.
Billing
CalcDesk is a monthly subscription: $4.99/month for the first 3 months, then $9.99/month. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no phone call required — through the customer billing portal (the "Manage subscription" link on our site) or by emailing support@tgorman.com. Cancellation stops all future charges and remains in effect through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Because you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, we generally do not refund partial or already-completed billing periods. That said, if you were charged in error or something is not working, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@tgorman.com and we will review and make it right.
